Are pets welcome? Yes. But please leash your well-behaved four-legged friends while here.

Are children welcome? Yes. Good supervision and behavior (but no leashes) required.

Are outside food and snacks allowed? Yes. Feel free to bring in outside food, even when we have a food truck.

Do you host private events? Yes. We have a semi-private room in the back of the building that can be reserved (at no cost) for events during regular business hours. We can also host (for a fee + minimum spend) fully private events on Monday from 11:30–10:00pm, and Tuesday–Friday from 11:00am–2:00pm. Can I carry my alcoholic beverage outside? Yes. Downtown Apex is now a “social district.” However, you must request your beverage to be served in a dated social district cup. Note: The gravel parking lot outside our patio is inside the social district, but the paved Seaboard parking lot is not.
